Bharaniraja serves as a planning executive at JMC Projects (I) Ltd. Prior to this, he was working as a strategic consultant at Southland developers. He is an IGBC Accredited Professional and also a LEED Green Associate with a knack for project management.

Graduating from NICMAR with Construction Management as his domain, Bharani has a fair understanding of Infrastructure, Contracts, Real Estate laws, Finance and Construction Management. He has a special interest in analysing industry trends and laws, and spends his spare time interpreting real estate and infra market in the country.
